Terms and Conditions
- • These Terms and Conditions set forth are legally binding agreement between Diamond Resorts and each person who has the legal right to redeem this Certificate offer (“Redeemer). By activating or otherwise using this Certificate you agree to all the terms herein.
- • The accommodations offered under this Certificate are at Diamond Resorts sole discretion, are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
- • This Certificate must be activated within 60 days of issue date at http://www.activategetawaygift.com or the offer expires. A $29 non-refundable deposit is required for activation. The 60 day activation window will not be extended for any reason.

- • This Certificate is redeemable for one (1) vacation of five (5) or seven (7) consecutive nights.
- • All five (5) night stay reservations are for a Sunday arrival.
- • Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
- • A reservation fee of $20 for a five (5) night reservation or $70 for a seven (7) night reservation if application at time of redemption/booking.
- • Reservations must be made, regardless of the travel date, within twelve (12) months of the activation date or the offer expires.
- • In no event can the number of people occupying the accommodation exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the booking confirmation. Upgrades cannot be requested at time of booking. They can be requested at time of check-in. If available, rates will vary by location and by accommodation size requested.
- • This stay can only be booked within 60 days of the arrival date.
- • This Certificate is valid for accommodations and the room taxes associated with the complimentary stay only; it does not include airfare, food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation of any kind, service charges or incidental charges including Resort Fees.
- • Once the stay has been booked, the reservation cannot be cancelled or changed. All fees paid toward the reservation are nonrefundable.
- • This Certificate is valid for one (1) use only. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
- • This Certificate is transferrable after $29 activation fee has been processed.
- • No two (2) certificates may be used consecutively, for group travel or in conjunction with one another during the same travel period.
- • This Certificate is not redeemable for cash, may not be returned to the distributor that issued the Certificate for cash or exchange and is void if altered, photocopied, or otherwise reproduced.
- • Redeemer must be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years of age or older.
- • Redeemer is responsible for any damage, theft or loss caused by Redeemer and/or guests.
- • This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members.
- • Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Diamond Resorts.
- • All fees and charges are payable in US Dollars.
