Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a Daily Resort Charge of $25 plus tax will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; gaming consoles; sports equipment: tennis, basketball, volleyball; palapas/umbrellas and two beach chairs; self-parking for one car; water aerobics; and select resort activities.

- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). A Daily Resort Charge will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations. A Daily Resort Charge of $25 plus tax will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

- The Antillean Florin is the legal currency on the Dutch side of the island although the USD $ and the Euro € are widely accepted. The Euro € is the legal currency on the French side of the island although the USD $ is widely accepted. There is a government required Timeshare Usage Tax ($50.00 per occupied unit, per week, i.e., an eight day stay up to two weeks will be $100.00) that applies to all reservations. Hotel guests are exempt of this fee; however, a rental room tax (5% of the rental rate) is required for all rental reservations.

- Please be aware that all reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.

- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working service animals as defined by the ADA. Certified support and therapy animals are not allowed.

- The minimum age for checking in is 18.

- Please note that there is a $35 cash departure fee, payable at the airport; however, most commercial airlines include this fee in the price of your airline ticket. Please consult with the airline to determine if the $35 departure fee is included or not. This fee is subject to change without prior notice.
