Pet friendly suites
A limited number of pet friendly suites are available for Owners and Club members only, to bring their pets on-site for a $20 per pet per night.
Prior to booking, please contact the resort directly to check availability of a pet friendly suite for your specific dates. Requests cannot be guaranteed until a pet friendly suite is assigned. Restrictions and charges apply
FIRE RESTRICTIONS ALERT
As of May 23, 2024, the U.S. Forest Service has issued Emergency Stage 1 Fire Restrictions within the Tonto National Forest region, which includes Kohl’s Ranch Lodge. For more information and details about prohibited activities, please visit fs.usda.gov.
Limited Cell Reception
Since Kohl’s Ranch Lodge is shaded by towering treetops of the world’s largest Ponderosa Pine Forest, you may experience limited cell reception when visiting. However, complimentary domestic phone service is available in each unit.
AMENITIES ALERT
As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain Kohl’s Ranch Lodge, pool deck refurbishments are anticipated to take place from September 30, 2024, through October 4, 2024.
