Swimming Pool Maintenance Schedule
All pools undergo annual maintenance and cleaning. The outdoor pools will be closed in rotation in January; the indoor pool will be closed in rotation in August. Maintenance turnaround will take approximately two weeks per pool. The Royal Mirage will be closed for swimming from October to the end of March, unless the main pool is closed for maintenance. The area will be open for sunbathing but not for swimming.

UK & EUROPE TRAVEL UPDATES

Starting January 8, 2025, all non-European travelers must have an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit or transit through the UK. This requirement extends to European travelers on April 2, 2025. Please visit the official UK ETA website for more information.

In mid-2025, travelers to Europe will be required to apply for and obtain travel authorization through the EU Travel Information & Authorization System (ETIAS). Although an official launch date has yet to be announced, please visit the official ETIAS website for more details, including a list of participating countries.

CONSTRUCTION ALERT / ALERTA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN

As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain Sahara Sunset Club, maintenance projects are scheduled in the Royal Gardens building from September 29, 2025, through January 31, 2026. Renovations include the kitchen and bathrooms in select Suites. During this time, construction equipment may be visible and noise may be heard in nearby areas between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
